I'm sorry my comments have nothing to do you with what you posted, but I wanted to get back with you regarding your question you left on my blog... :)

I am so sorry you are having trouble getting your son to eat. My initial thought is that sometimes kids go through these stages of where they seem to eat almost nothing. If your son's doctor says he is gaining weight and growing appropriately, then try not to worry. He is getting enough food. :) {Hugs} to you... I know it's hard not to worry! :)

Beyond that, some tricks that worked for me at that age was the "airplane" spoon - making it "fly" into his mouth, sometimes the kids just want to use the fork or spoon themselves, too. For a while it seemed like my kids survived on Cheerios.

If he's on solid foods... Is he a dipper? Give him some ketchup to dip in. There is also a pretty good DF Ranch Dressing on recipezaar (#65119) - you'll just need to use an eggfree mayo.

Just keep introducing foods and reintroducing. I personally give my kids an assortment of things on their plate... ie apple pieces, cheerios, banana pieces, green peas or beans, pretzel sticks, etc. Maybe give him a few choices and let him decide?

I hope I'm being helpful. I'm not exactly sure what stage he's at with eating solids. :) Please feel free to email me and once I have a little more info maybe I can come up with some other ideas.

And as for something relating to your post... looks like you've got a fun chatter-box on your hands! I love baby babble! :)

Nice to meet you, btw, and thanks for stopping by my blog! Hope you have a great weekend!
